Common Assessment Framework (CAF) refresher training

This half day course is aimed at practitioners who have previously undertaken the one day training course. It will be of particualar use to practitioners who were trained prior to 2009.

This course is aimed at practitioners who would like a follow up on some of the recent changes and additions to the CAF and review process, practitioners who have undertaken the one-day course but still may not feel confident around the CAF assessment and review process and those practitioners who have yet to complete a CAF or those who may be starting to use the CAF but it is some time since their original training.

Lead Professional Awareness

This half-day course aims to raise awareness around the requirements of the role of the Lead Professional and the Team Around the Child.

The course is aimed not only at those practitioners who may find themselves in the role of the Lead Professional role but also practitioners who may be supporting a child/young person as part of a TAC. This can include all practitioners working with children, young people and families across the children’s service in Barnet including the private and the voluntary and community sectors.
