At Barnet we are committed to providing customers with the services they need and at the time that they require them. We are committed to opening a new customer access facility and a new leading library at Burnt Oak.
The customer service centre survey 2007, was your chance to tell us about what services you needed, when you needed them and how you would like them provided.
- We asked: would you use the service?
- 72% of people said they would
- We asked: what services would you like in the new leading library and customer service centre?
- 69% of you told us you want to keep the library, but to also have access to council tax advice, housing advice, and the housing benefits service and as a result these are the services that will be located at the new library
- We asked: is the library convenient to get to?
- 84% of people said it will take them less than 20 mins to get there and 65% said it is within walking distance
- We asked: what additional facilities would you use at the new leading library?
- 39% of you told us that you would use the self service facilities and filling forms online with the computers provided.
