We work hard to make sure we treat everyone fairly and equally but sometimes things can go wrong. Tell us when this happens and we'll aim to put it right.

You can make a complaint if you think we have:
- Not delivered a service within the time we promised
- Not done something we should have done
- Delivered a service below standard
- Failed to follow the correct procedure or policy, or
- Behaved in an unsatisfactory or unprofessional way.
and tell us if you are impressed.
Positive comments and compliments can be as useful as negative ones in helping us plan our services. As with the complaints procedure, contact the service area concerned in the first instance.

Compliments regarding individual members of staff will be sent to their line manager and details will be recorded on file.
Our approach to comments, compliments or complaints
- It is your right to make comments, compliments or complaints
- Your views matter
- All formal complaints or comments will be thoroughly and fairly investigated
- If we are at fault we will attempt to put things right
- No one will be treated less favourably because they make a comment or complaint.
