The Town Hall has reopened for business
The front desk is managed by Customer Service staff, supported by the Citizenship and Naturalisation Service who help and advise customers about citizenship ceremonies and related matters.
Over and above general help and information there will also be a range of services on offer from the town hall, including:
- advice and information about the full range of council services including Housing and Housing Benefits;
- online payments for council services (but no cash handling facility);
- basic information and sign posting to our partner organisations;
- application for citizenship and citizenship services;
- nationality checking service;
- making appointments for CAB services available at Barnet House and Burnt Oak.
Public car parks
- There are two pay and display car parks off The Burroughs, operating from 8am -6:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
- 18 places are located 180 metres from the town hall entrance and 39 places (+ two disabled bays) are located 235 metres from the entrance.
