Family Information Service (FIS)

Barnet Family Information Service (FIS) provides information and guidance on a whole range of childcare options and services for children and young people in the London Borough of Barnet. These include play groups, nurseries, childminders, parent and toddler groups, afterschool provision, breakfast clubs, holiday playschemes and information on financial support towards the cost of childcare. The information is provided free of charge. The service also provides comprehensive guidance for those interested in careers working with children, including: - free information sessions, free introductory courses.
