The London Borough of Barnet organises and runs seven instructor-led health walks across the borough on a weekly basis. Each one is led by a qualified instructor and includes additional exercises to challenge your physical fitness and develop strength and conditioning.

Walking provides an affordable mode of exercise, improves your health and is a great way to meet people and make new friends.

The walks are open to anyone over the age of 18. There is no need to book, just turn up, come rain or shine.

Walks cost £2.80, payable on the day, or you can purchase 10 walks for £22.40 or £18 if you are over the age of 60 (proof of eligibility required).

Our Health Walks leaflet provides more information.
