Where can I get advice on mobility issues?
There are many organisations that provide information and support for people with mobility problems.
Queen Elizabeth's Foundation Mobility Centre
This centre provides an extensive training programme, phone information service, assessments and tuition for disabled people who want to learn to drive, or are uncertain about the types of car adaptations available. People can also try a wide range of wheelchairs and scooters and get advice about what is most appropriate for them.
