What if I lose my Freedom Pass?
If you lose your Freedom Pass, or it is stolen or destroyed, please contact the Assisted Travel Section (see contact details below). If you lose your photocard, please take two passport-style photographs to any post office in the London Borough of Barnet to obtain a new one.
