What do I need to provide to enable viewing of plans to be arranged?
- Payment in advance
- Written request required via post, fax or E-mail
- Proof of ownership. This could be in the form of a copy of a recent utility bill
- Proof of identity – passport/driving licence
- For commercial property: Authorisation on Company headed paper
- Authorisation from current legal freeholder must be obtained in all cases
- Viewing is via appointment only and is between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
