Do I qualify for rehousing?

Our housing allocations scheme is based on bands numbered 1 to 4. Band 1 is the highest priority, band 4 is the lowest.
Rather than receiving points, customers will be placed in a band which refects their level of need and prioirty.
People wilth no housing need will not be placed in any band.
