Are public holidays the same as Sundays for the purpose of parking controls?
No. Yellow-lined controls and other prohibitions apply on a Public Holiday as if it were a normal weekday unless signs specifically show otherwise.
However pay and display and permit holders parking places in Barnet can be used without charge on public holidays.
