Competition results: and the winner is......
'Sails on the Welsh Harp' by Michael Summers
Congratulations to "canonsnapper" who wins the prize of an iPod touch.
The overall winner was chosen in a collaborative process between the three judges, the Leader of Barnet Council, an independent photographer and our Design Manager. The stand-out image reflects the diverse ecology of Barnet and the peaceful boating scene contrasts with the general perception of a large London borough.
The overall standard was excellent. More than two hundred and fifty images were submitted to the flickr account and we were delighted with the response. Thank you to everyone who took part.

Good news: the photo pool stays open!
Due to the interest it's generated we're keeping the photo pool open and use your images for our websites, posters and any campaigns we run. There are no prizes but we will credit the photographer - which is always great for anyone's portfolio!
