Please do not send valuable items through the post as Barnet cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items. Instead take the items to our surgeries or to an action point where the originals will be copied and returned to you.

We carry out surgeries on different days around the borough. Housing Benefit advisors are present to give advice and help you with any part of your claim.

We also have First Contact points away from the main offices where those who find it difficult to reach Burnt Oak Library can have claim forms received and original documents copied and returned. For addresses and opening times use the links below
