Convicted or remand prisoners
A person will be disregarded for the purposes of calculating a discount if they are:
- detained in a prison, hospital or other place by an order of a court; or
- detained under a part of the Immigration Act 1971; or
- detained under a part of the Mental Health Act 1983 or the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984
