Foreign diplomats
The property is occupied by foreign diplomats or senior officials of international organisations
An exemption may be awarded where at least one person who would be liable to pay Council Tax is covered by the conditions as set down in the regulations, and who is not:
- a British Citizen, a British Dependent Territories citizen, a British National (overseas) or a British overseas citizen, or
- a British subject under the British Nationality Act 1981, or
- a British protected person, or
- a permanent resident of the United Kingdom.
