The resident has left the property to receive personal care from another person
An exemption may be awarded where an unoccupied property was previously the sole or man residence of a person who has his sole or main residence in another place for the purposes of receiving personal care by reason of old age, disablement, illness, past or present alcohol or drug dependence, or past or present mental disorder.
