Hear By Right
'Hear By Right’ are standards adopted by the council and its partners for involving children and young people in our services. We want to involve as many children and young people as possible in planning the services that affect you.
All services working with children and young people in Barnet will be increasingly asking for your views and acting on them. ‘Hear By Right’ is also a toolkit to help involve you in those services. More information about Hear By Right can be found on the National Youth Agency website.
Complaints, comments and compliments
Our Children's Service want to listen to your comments, compliments and complaints. Your views matter to us. You can have your say anytime about the services you are getting from Barnet Children's Services.
- you can make a suggestion or tell us if something is not working in our services
- if we are at fault we will attempt to put things rights
- young people who need help in getting their views across to us are entitled to an advocate to assist them.
There is further information about how to make comments, compliments and complaints.
