House to house collection licences
If you would like to collect money or sell articles door to door, shop to shop, pub to pub, etc. for charitable purposes, you must obtain a house to house collection licence, it is an offence to hold a collection without one.

Anyone promoting or taking part in a house to house collection must comply with these Regulations as a failure to do so is an offence which may result in prosecution.
