Skip operator licences
For skips that need to be placed on the highway we only deal with skip companies. We charge the skip company £37 for a two weeks licence or £60 for four weeks. Licences can be renewed for a further period at a charge of £16 per week. We can usually grant the licence over the phone. However, if the skip is to be placed on a traffic sensitive road we will need to carry out an inspection before we can grant the licence. This will be carried out within two working days of the request. The charge for this inspection is £41.
