Please note: we also be provide activities/services from Sweet's Way Community Centre.
Childcare and education
St Margaret’s Nursery School and Children's Centre provides approximately 150 places for children aged three to five-years-old.
Health services
Health Visitors deliver the following services:
- first time parent’s group
- infant feeding
- toilet training
- weaning sessions.
Other services
Other services offered at St Margaret’s Children's Centre include:
- Childminding group
- toy library
- baby rhyme time
- stay and play sessions
- under one’s group
- father’s and male carers support
- happy at home
- baby massage
- FYi and Jobcentre Plus (external link) information surgeries.
When we are open
We are open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Closure dates:
- weekends
- bank holidays
- two weeks in August
- one other week during the school closure period
- the days between Christmas and New Year.
There will also be up to five additional "inset days" each year when we will be closed for staff training.
