The Barnet Bereavement Service provide a personal counselling following bereavement, either at home or at the offices. No referral is necessary. The service is available to all in the London Borough of Barnet.

Alternatively the Direct Gov website will give you information on what your rights and responsibilities are after a bereavement. Information on financial help available for the bereaved can be found at HM Revenue and Customs website.
It may help if you are struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one to see your family doctor. There are lots of organisations that can help you come to terms with your loss and it may help to seek bereavement counselling and support.
