Annual residents' attitude surveys
The Annual Residents' Attitude Survey has been carried out in Barnet each year since 1995. Through the use of a quota sample, matched against the actual demographic profile of the borough, as determined through the Census, it obtains an accurate picture of Barnet residents' satisfaction with services, perceptions of quality of life, priorities for change and improvement and perceptions of the council.
The survey is carried out as part of a consortium of 11 London boroughs providing useful benchmarking data and economies of scale.
