Your views count
Your feedback will be used to help us design services that best meets the needs and aspirations of local residents with a disability or impairment. Your comments will be considered by the Physical and Sensory Impairment Partnership Board and the outcome notified by post to individual contributors, and available on this website.
Prize Draw
Every person either with a disability or who cares for someone with a disability, who sends in their response including their contact details, will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a £50 gift voucher for the shop of their choice.
The prize draw will take place on 14 May 2008. The prize winner will be contacted by phone and the voucher posted out by recorded mail.
