Mill Hill East redevelopment

Consultation period: 17 September 2007 to 29 October 2007

Barnet Council and the Mayor of London have highlighted Mill Hill East as an area that could support development. The council wants to ensure that any development delivers high-quality new housing combined with improvements to enhance local services and provide new jobs.

As the Ministry of Defence, the area’s biggest landholder, is vacating the site, we have the chance to make fundamental and long-lasting improvements to the character of the area.

To ensure that any development is of the highest quality and delivers benefits to existing communities, a development framework is being prepared for the site. We would like your input to help us make sure that existing residents and stakeholders ideas and opinions are taken into account.

A public exhibition was held on 17 September at Frith Manor School, Lullington Garth, Woodside Park, London N12 7BN
