Issues and Opportunities Consultation Exhibition
Barnet Council is preparing a Planning Strategy for North Finchley Town Centre. The Council’s vision is to create a sustainable and distinctive town centre – an attractive place to meet everday local needs with improved shopping facilities and a high quality pedestrian environment.
The Planning Strategy is being prepared in the context of Barnet’s Suburban Town Centres Strategy which aims to secure the vitality and viability of all the town centres in the borough.
We are staging a three week exhibition to seek your views on the work we have undertaken so far.

Arts Depot, Tally Ho Corner,North Finchley
Opens 9am on weekdays and 10am at weekends until late most evenings. Contact the Arts Depot on 020 8369 5454 for further details of opening times
Planning Officers will also be available at the exhibition to answer any questions at the following times:
- Saturday 13 June 12noon – 3pm
- Sunday 14 June 12noon – 3pm
- Tuesday 16 June 6pm – 8pm
- Saturday 27 June 12noon – 3pm
- Sunday 28 June 12noon – 3pm
