Reaching Out - shaping the future of day opportunities for adults with mental health problems
We are inviting you to be involved in shaping the future of day opportunities for people with a mental health problem in Barnet, by completing the questionnaire. The consultation period runs from Monday 28 July until Friday 24 October 2008. We must receive all comments by 5pm on Friday 24 October 2008.

Your views count
Your feedback will be used to help us design services that best meets the needs and aspirations of local residents with mental health problem. Your comments will be considered by the Community Network Project Board and the outcome notified by post to individual contributors, and available on this website.
Prize draw
Every person with a mental health problem or their carer, who sends in their response including their contact details, will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a £50 gift voucher for the shop of their choice.
The prize draw will take place on Friday 31 October. The prize winner will be contacted by phone and the voucher posted out by recorded mail.
Focus groups
We will also be running a series of focus groups. If you are interested in being part of one of these discussions, can you please tell Natasha Rogers (see details above), and someone will be in touch to give you some more information.
