How are we performing?
We measure how we are performing to ensure that we progress against our main corporate priorities and targets. We report quarterly to Councillors, officers and you, the public, so that you can see how we are doing as a council. If you wish to discuss our performance results please refer to our facebook page.
Business Plan and Budget Consultation
We have started our budget planning for 2012/13. We want to know your views on the budget we have proposed and the priorities and savings we have identified within each service area. All of these findings feed into what we identify as priorities, and therefore, what we measure through our performance monitoring.

Performance on our Corporate Plan
Our Corporate Plan sets out the priorities and targets we want to achieve to better serve our residents. You can see how we are doing against these targets in the quarterly Corporate Plan performance monitors that are published below.
We hope you find this information useful and that it helps you understand what we are doing for you. For more details on the targets please refer to the reports that are submitted to Cabinet Resources Committee and Overview and Scrutiny Committee. For definitions of the terms used within the quarterly performance reports please refer to this glossary.
Directorate performance
The council is divided into Directorates which manage specific services. You can view the performance of each of these Directorates below for each quarter. The reports include the most current performance data on human resources, projects, finance and risk for each of these Directorates.
