Freedom of Information Act
The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 gives a right of access to a wide range of information held by public authorities. Any person has the right to make a request under the Act.
Our Publication Scheme adopts the model recommended by the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and is a guide to the information the council routinely publishes as part of its normal business processes.
