Members' code of conduct: Cllr Andreas Tambourides
On 24 November 2011, Standards Sub-Committee (F) heard a case involving an allegation of breach of the Members Code of Conduct by Councillor Andreas Tambourides. The decision of the Sub-Committee was that Councillor Tambourides had breached paragraph 3 (1) of the Code of Conduct "You must treat others with respect. The First Tier Tribunal has granted permission to Councillor Tambourides to appeal against the decision and has suspended the sanctions:

Members' code of conduct: Cllr Brian Coleman
On 10 September 2009, Standards Sub-committee (B) heard a case involving an allegation of breach of the Members' code of conduct by Councillor Brian Coleman.
The decision of the Sub-committee was that Councillor Coleman had breached paragraph 3 (1) of the Code of Conduct "You must treat others with respect" but to apply no sanction.
