Affordable Housing SPD
The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted on 8 February 2007.
A Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on Affordable Housing 
(PDF: 472KB) was prepared as part of the Local Development Framework (LDF). The LDF will form the basis for planning decisions within the borough.
- We have now updated (20 August 2010) Appendix 3 of the above SPD - Barnet Total Cost Indicators. It is now in line with the Retail Price Index and provides costs for 2010-2011.
The Affordable Housing SPD which was adopted on the 8 February 2007 will also supplement the policies and proposals of the Adopted May 2006 Unitary Development Plan (UDP) and The London Plan Spatial Development Strategy for Greater London adopted in July 2011 (external link).Together these form the Development Plan for the borough.
