Publication of Proposed Modifications to Revised Deposit UDP (March 2001)
We published its proposed modifications to the revised UDP which are based upon the Inspector’s Report (November 2004). The proposed modifications were available for comment from 8 July until 19 August 2005.
Following this period, the Council will consider any comments made in respect of the modifications and decide whether to hold a further inquiry, propose further modifications to the UDP, or proceed with the adoption of the Plan towards the end of 2005.
Once adopted this new plan will replace the adopted Unitary Development Plan for London Borough of Barnet (November 1991).
