Pre-inquiry Changes, Jan. 2003
This document contains changes to planning policies proposed to be made to the Inspector at the forthcoming public Inquiry (commencing 3rd March 2004) after consultation on the second version of the UDP, the Revised Deposit UDP 2001.
It excludes reference to the Cricklewood, Brent Cross and West Hendon chapter which is the subject of a separate publication. The council has decided on the general view to be taken to comments made at that second stage of consultation referring to individuals who have expressed concern about these issues.
