You can make your school admission application online (eAdmissions external link). You can start applying from Monday 1 September 2009.
Applying online: technical problems resolved - update, midday 2 March 2010
The e Admissions website, run by London Grid For Learning is now working again. The technical problems that the website experienced this morning (2 March) have now been resolved.
Closing dates
- Secondary school transfer applications is 23 October 2009.
- Primary school applications is 8 January 2010.
Please note that if you make an application online you do not need to complete a paper application form.
Benefits of applying online:
- it's quick, easy and secure
- you can access it anywhere that has an internet connection (if you do not have internet access at home it is available at many Barnet libraries free of charge)
- there's no risk that the application will get lost in the post
- you can change the application at any time (up to the closing date for applications)
- the system helps you by automatically checking for errors
- you can monitor your application and check its progress
- you will get an email confirmation that your application has been received
- you can see the result of your application online rather than waiting for a letter to arrive in the post.
