Supplementary Information Forms (SIF)
For admission into Reception class at Primary School or into Year 7 at Secondary School you will need to complete the councils' appropriate Common Application Form (CAF).
Many schools also require you to complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF). These forms are specific to each school and can only be obtained by contacting the school directly. Please note that the SIFs must be returned to the school, not the council.
You should refer to the schools' details in the primary or secondary school guides to check if you need to complete a SIF for the school you are applying to.
