Specialist team information
Barnet council has a special educational needs specialist team, who help children with physical, emotional and medical needs achieve their full potential academically, emotionally and socially. There are 5 areas of expertise, depending on the child's particular needs:
- Autistic Spectrum Conditions
- Hearing Impaired
- Visually impaired
- Physical Disabilities
- and children who can not attend school because of medical needs can access education through Barnet Hospital and Home Tuition
