Provider forums
The forums below were set up to facilitate effective communication and strategic planning between existing and potential new providers and the Council:
1. Nursing and Residential Providers Forum
2. Home and Community Support and Enablement Providers Forums
- Strategic Forum - The strategic forum is used to discuss issues such as the selection of lead providers, how work is allocated and information about what is going on in the council at present.
- Operational Forum - The operational forum is used to discuss operational issues with ground level staff, for example, CM2000 monitoring, training and setting up service user advisory groups.
3. Supported Living Provider Forum
The forums are currently only open to providers the Council contracts with. Some of these forums may be opened up to more providers in the future.
