The London Taxicard scheme enables people with physical disabilities to travel in licensed black cabs for a reduced fare.

You can apply for membership of the scheme if you are a resident of the London Borough of Barnet and are:

• in receipt of the higher rate mobility supplement of Disability Living Allowance
• have a permanent or substantial disability
• in receipt of a war pension mobility supplement
• registered as blind (not partially sighted).

The London Taxicard Scheme is funded by the participating London boroughs and the Mayor of London and is managed by London Councils.
