Flightways referrals

If you would like to be referred to Flightways Resource Centre you can contact your social worker, occupational therapist, your doctor or other professional.

You will need to have been assessed under the Fair Access to Care Services (FACS) criteria, and meet the substantial or critical risk bands to be eligible.

Health or Adult Social Services professionals can get referral forms by sending an email to flightways@barnet.gov.uk.
