Hospital social work teams
Social work teams from Adults Social Services are based in local hospitals including:
- Barnet Hospital (external link)
- Royal Free Hospital (external link)
- Finchley Memorial Hospital (external link), and
- Edgware Community Hospital (external link).
Following discharge from hospital, the Hospital Social Work Team can help you to assess whether you will need help and support. They will arrange for appropriate services to be provided on a temporary or permanent basis. To find out more, ask the ward staff for the hospital social worker while you are in hospital.
