About my rent
- You have a weekly tenancy running from Monday to Sunday. The rent should be paid on a Monday each week.

- Your rent account is checked on a regular basis and you will be contacted if you fall behind with your payments.
I am having problems paying my rent
- If you are in arrears or having problems paying your rent contact your Housing Officer immediately.
- They will help you by setting up a payment arrangement to clear your arrears.
- You will have to ensure you keep to the arrangements agreed with you.
What happens if I do not pay my rent?
- Action will be taken if your rent is not paid, which ultimately may lead to legal action being taken to evict you.
