Every year we receive thousands of applications for housing. We have families waiting to be housed and choosing to be placed in the private sector. We pay the deposit and rent in advance and have support services to ensure that the tenancy gets off to a good start. If there are problems in the future we work with the landlord and tenant to resolve any issue and hopefully sustain the tenancy.
