Barnet population
The boundaries of Barnet have changed so frequently, therefore, it is difficult to give accurate population figures. The pre 1860s civil parishes: Hadley, Chipping Barnet, South Mimms, and East Barnet, are not consistent with the later Urban Districts. Only figures for between 1901 and 1961 can be produced with any consistency.
