Are you ready for a challenge? Then join our Team Read this summer.
- Register FREE at any Barnet library from 12 July and join in the 2008 Summer Reading Challenge.
- This year’s theme is sport, but you don’t have to be an athlete to compete,
- You just need to enjoy a reading challenge.
- Read three books and you will receive a Team Read medal. Kick six books into touch and you will have completed the challenge and be awarded a Team Read kit bag and certificate.
- Every team reader who completes the challenge will be entered into a prize draw.
The Premier League Reader
If reading six books is just not challenging enough, you can go further and join the Premier League.
- Read another six books and complete an exciting reading, writing, ICT, craft and physical task to join the squad.
- Then you will be presented with a Premier League Reader certificate and voucher. When you pay to borrow one audio/visual item, this voucher will entitle you to borrow another one FREE of charge.
- Team Read begins on the 12 July and finishes on the 13 September.
- Make sure you read your 6 books and collect your prizes.
