Tips on using Who's Who and Who Was Who

• The 2008 edition of Who's Who and Who Was Who (external website) is now available online. As well as the full version of 2008 Who's Who the website also includes over 100,000 entries from over 100 years of previous editions of Who's Who
• From the home page simply use the Library Card login and type in your 14 digit Barnet library card number
• For simple searches just type the name of the person into the main search box at the top of the screen
• For more complex searches use the More search options - this will let you search by gender, dates of birth or death, or even which school people went to
• You can choose to search just the current Who's Who or including Who Was Who
• The Home page of Who's Who has quick links to some of the people born today, as well as a link to all the new entries for the 2008 edition.
