Permits, vouchers and suspensions
We issue parking permits that allow the permit holders to park within Controlled Parking Zones across the borough. We also issue parking vouchers and suspend parking bays. Most of these services have a cost attached.
Renewing
Existing permit holders can renew their permit or purchase vouchers by:

To use this facility you will need to have an “applicant identifier” and “permit reference number”. Printing from home: see the list below. - Automated payment line (ATP) – by ringing 0845 301 0206 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). To use this facility you will need to have an “applicant identifier” and “permit reference number”, all residents should have received these unique reference numbers by post, if you do not have these to hand you will need to contact us on:

Please note: when renewing your permit online, you will be given the opportunity to either print the permit at home or have the permit printed by our office and sent to you in the post. The home-printed version of a permit looks different to a permit we send you, however it is still valid on-street and civil enforcement officers are aware of the variation.
