How do I report a damaged bus shelter?
There are two bus shelter contractors in Barnet - Adshel and JC Decaux. All Adshel shelters have a number on the roadside face of the roof cover. In Barnet the numbers begin 0103/ followed by four more numbers.
You can ring Adshel direct on 0800 731 3699 to report the damage (exposed electrics, broken glass etc), with the shelter number and location.
To report damage to JC Decaux shelters contact the council on 020 8359 3059 or 020 8359 3060 and tell us where the shelter is and the nature of the damage. We will then pass your report onto JC Decaux.
