Home library service
Barnet libraries provides a free personal book delivery service to residents who are unable to visit their local library and are housebound due to age or disability. The service visits each reader once every four weeks with a selection of resources based on their preferences. Specific titles are also available on request at no extra cost to the reader.
We can provide standard or large print books, spoken word CDs, music and community languages. DVDs are also available to rent for a small charge.
Residents living in sheltered accommodation and residential homes are also eligible for this service.
