Our partnership boards

There are six partnership boards, which are coordinated by Adults and Communities. The role of these boards is to contribute to the design, development, implementation and monitoring of health and social care services in Barnet for their respective service user groups.

Members of the boards include users of services, carers, voluntary organisations and statutory services such as the Police, NHS and council services.

The boards meet six times a year and provide updates on their activities and achievements. The six boards are as follows:

Are you interested in health and social care services?

We are looking for people with an understanding of health and social care services to join Barnet's Partnership Boards

We need people who use services and family carers to join the:

  • Mental Health Partnership Board
  • Older Adults Partnership Board
  • Physical and Sensory Impairment Partnership Board

We also need family carers to join the:

  • Carers' Strategy Partnership Board
  • Learning Disability Partnership Board

If you are interested in becoming a member of any of the above Partnership Boards, please take a look at the information pack and thereafter complete and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form by 5pm Friday 13th June 2014. Interviews are planned for June 2014.

  • Your Life newsletter is for people with disabilities, people with mental health problems and older people who live in the borough of Barnet.
