Learning and development opportunities

Barnet is committed to the ongoing development of the children and young people's workforce across the children's service partnership. We have therefore provided a multi-agency training programme in collaboration with the Barnet safeguarding board in order to maximise our resources and ensure that practitioners are safe to work with children and young people in Barnet. 

These learning and development initiatives are currently free and accessible to the children and young people's workforce in Barnet across the service partnership and include a varied range of training courses, conferences and shadowing opportunities.
