Report on the Examination into Barnet's Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Documents

The Core Strategy and Development Management Policies have, following an Examination in Public (EiP), been found sound, legally compliant and capable of adoption by an Inspector, Mr Vincent Maher, appointed by the Secretary of State. The Inspector's Report is binding upon the Council and therefore no further material changes can be made.

Upon adoption, the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies documents will replace 170 policies in the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) as the planning framework for Barnet.The following documents can be accessed from the downloads section which is situated on the right;
